Shipping and delivery

Everything we sell is digital: PDF guides, spreadsheets, templates and prompt packs. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive your purchase

• Once your payment is confirmed, the product appears in My library, usually within a minute.
• We also email you an order confirmation.
• Download the guide and its tools from your library on any device, whenever you need them. Download links last a few minutes for security, so open your library again for a fresh one.
• When we release an updated edition, it appears in your library at no extra cost.

If your purchase doesn't appear

Confirmation usually takes a few seconds. If your payment went through and the product still isn't in your library after a few minutes, write to support@scalewithpb.in with your order number, and we'll sort it out.

Where we sell

We sell to buyers in India, with prices in Indian rupees. See our refund policy for refunds and cancellations.
