Refunds

We want you to feel that you got good value. If a product isn't right for you, write to [to be added before launch] within 7 days of purchase, with your order number, and we'll refund you.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Once we approve a refund, banks typically take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
• When a full refund completes, access to that product ends.

Failed payments

If money left your account but your order failed, your bank normally reverses it. If it hasn't, contact us with the details, and we'll help.

Cancellations

Because access is immediate, an order can't be cancelled after payment, but this refund policy still applies.

Payment disputes

Please talk to us first. If a payment is reversed through a dispute, access may be removed.
